Membership Details
When you subscribe to our service, we collect information from you which we store on one or more of our membership databases, we use this information to:
- Allow us to provide our core service to you. We need information such as your name and address to allow us to send our media items to you. We also need your e-mail address and mobile telephone number to allow us to communicate with you (assuming you have given us permission to do this).
- Allow us to bill you in line with your chosen subscription level and billing cycle.
- To communicate with you generally (i.e. to inform you of changes to our service).
Payment Details
Your credit/debit card details are not stored on any database by us. When you subscribe to our service, we pass your credit/debit card details to our card processing partner (http://www.worldpay.com/) who will verify both your card details and your billing address. Worldpay store your credit/debit card details on one of their secure servers. When we need to debit your card, we instruct Datacash to do this on our behalf. Whenever we pass data to Worldpay via the Internet, all data is encrypted.
Use by Third Parties
Your details are used by us only and are not disclosed to any third party, except where we are required by law to do so, or where such disclosures are necessary to provide you with our service (e.g. for postal delivery, billing etc). Other than for the reasons required by us to provide our service to you, we will never pass on your personal information to a third party without your consent.
Security
All information that is collected and subsequently stored by us is stored on secure database servers. All our servers are located within the UK.
Cookies
Like many websites, we do use cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser, thus allowing us to automatically identify you when you return to our website. Cookies help us to personalize our website when you re-visit us.
