Under these terms and conditions:

• 'We', 'Our', 'Ours', 'Us' means Outlawz Media Ltd which is a registered company in England and Wales (company number 5251205) .
• 'You', 'Your', 'Subscriber', 'Subscribers' 'their' means the individual seeking to purchase services from us via our website.
• 'Service', 'Services' means the services supplied by us to you in relation to these terms and conditions.
• 'Subscription' means the agreement that you will pay for our services by signing-up and registering your credit/debit card details via our website. By signing up for our subscription, we agree to provide services to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• 'Free Trial' means the period of time where the subscriber can trial our service without being billed a regular subscription fee in accordance with their chosen subscription level and billing cycle. During the free trial period, the free trial subscribers debit/credit card will not be billed.
• 'Media Item' means a video game disc owned by us.
• 'Billing cycle' means the frequency to which you have asked us to debit your credit/debit card for the provision of our services. The billing cycles we offer you are published on our website.
• 'Subscription level' means the number of media items you are allowed to rent from us at any one time. The subscription levels we offer you are published on our website. Your chosen subscription level will determine the amount we charge to your debit/credit card, our current subscription charges are also published on our website.
• 'Website' means the website operated by us at the following website address (http://www.gamesmonster.co.uk)

1. Our subscription offer is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over. By subscribing to our services, you confirm to us that you are aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK.
2. Our Free Trial offer is only available to new subscribers. Existing subscribers and those who have previously enjoyed our Free Trial offer are not eligible.
3. Our Free Trial offer is only available on a single Free Trial per household basis. Subsequent free trials at the same postal address are not allowed.
4. We will begin billing your credit/debit card from the first day following the end of your free trial period, unless you cancel prior to that. To verify your billing address, at the time you sign-up to our free trial we will pre-authorize your credit/debit card for £0.01, we will never collect this £0.01 from your credit/debit card.. If you cancel your subscription, we must be in receipt of all the media items sent to you by us prior to the end of your free trial to avoid having your credit/debit card charged by us. When returning media items in this situation, you are required to obtain a proof of postage (free from any post office) for the media items. Requests for refunds will not be considered if a proof of postage is not obtained.
5. You can only cancel your account via our automated service by calling 0845 450 4180 at any time.
6. As a subscriber, you undertake to pay for our services by credit/debit card. By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you hereby authorize us to bill your credit/debit card in accordance with your chosen subscription level and billing cycle. The amount we charge your card will be determined by your subscription level and billing cycle. All our prices for subscription are clearly published on our website. We reserve the right to modify our billing cycles at any time without notice. Gamesmonster.co.uk are not liable for any additional or unforeseen expenses levied by third parties (for example your bank or credit card company) resulting from us billing your credit/debit card.
7. As a subscriber to our service, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (this includes your username and password). You are also responsible for restricting access to your personal computer. As a subscriber, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your username and password.
8. As a subscriber, you undertake to treat our media items and any associated packaging with care at all times. We reserve the right to debit your card for the full RRP cost of our media item if it is returned in our opinion in an unreasonable condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted). In this event, we will always give you advance notice before debiting your card.
9. If we send you a media item which in your opinion is faulty or damaged on receipt, you hereby agree to notify us of this via our website within 48 hours of you receiving the media item from us. If you fail to notify us within this time period, we reserve the right to debit your card for the full RRP cost of our media item. In this event, we will always give you advance notice before debiting your card.
10. If you return to us a media item which in our opinion is faulty or damaged, we reserve the right to debit your card for the full RRP cost of our media item. In this event, we will always give you advance notice before debiting your card.
11. You are obligated to correctly complete and return a Royal Mail postal loss form for any media lost in transit. Failure to do so will result in your registered payment card being debited for the full RRP of the media item. We also reserve the right to disable your account whilst the Royal Mail and/or Gamesmonster.co.uk investigate your claim.
12. You may terminate your subscription at any time. Requests to terminate your subscription must be made via our website. You must have returned all media belonging to us before we terminate your subscription. If we are not in receipt of your media prior to your next scheduled billing date (this will be in accordance with your chosen billing cycle), we will debit your card for your next subscription amount. When returning media items in this situation, you are required to obtain a proof of postage (free from any post office) for the media items. Requests for refunds will not be considered if a proof of postage is not obtained.
13. You may suspend your subscription at any time. Requests to suspend your subscription must be made via our website. You must have returned all media belonging to us before we suspend your subscription. If we are not in receipt of your media prior to your next scheduled billing date (this will be in accordance with your chosen billing cycle), we will debit your card for your next subscription amount. When returning media items in this situation, you are required to obtain a proof of postage (free from any post office) for the media items. Requests for refunds will not be considered if a proof of postage is not obtained.
14. When reactivating a suspended subscription, you will be billed at the most recent price for your selected package, which may be higher or lower than the price you paid prior to suspending your account.
15. All media items remain the property of Gamesmonster.co.uk at all times. Our media items must not be resold or made available for hire by the subscriber.
16. As a subscriber, you agree not to make any copies of our media items.
17. We will not be held responsible by the subscriber for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our immediate control. Occasionally our media will become lost in the post. In this situation, we may dispatch a replacement media item to you. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if in our opinion the postal service in your postal area is unreliable.
18. As a subscriber, you agree not to hold us liable for any damage caused to your Games Console(s).
19. Your subscription is considered to begin immediately after the completion of the signup process, and is therefore exempted from the consumers? right to cancel as detailed under the Distance Selling Regulations.
20. We reserve the right, at any time, to cancel your subscription.
21. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to change these terms & conditions.
