Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) incorporate the Privacy Policy. They form a contract between you (the “User”) and Gamesmonster.co.uk (“Gamesmonster", “Us”, “We” or “Our”) in relation to the Unlimited Game Rental service. Gamesmonster.co.uk is the trading name of Outlawz Media Ltd which is a registered company in England and Wales (company number 5251205) whose registered office is at:

By registering/subscribing to the Gamesmonster service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms as outlined in this document. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Gamesmonster.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.

Registering/Subscribing with Gamesmonster Users who register with Gamesmonster must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit/debit card. The delivery address that the User provides must be a valid UK postal address. This is a mandatory requirement to use the Gamesmonster service.
All other information provided by the User must be current and correct. Gamesmonster has the right to terminate your account if We suspect this is not true. We also reserve the right to submit this information to Early Warning if We deem it to be fraudulent.
Once you are registered with Us, We will provide the facility to update your information.
Postage of Games The delivery and return of games is handled by Royal Mail. We will pay for the return postage of Our games by Our Users. We strongly recommend that Our Users obtain a “Certificate of Postage” which is freely available at any Post Office counter of Royal Mail at the time of postage. Although this is not a requirement, it will greatly help Our investigation should the returned game be misdirected or lost by Royal Mail. It also serves to verify that you have successfully posted the game. We reserve the right to debit your account the Recommended Retail Price of a game should it go missing and a “Certificate of Postage” not obtained for that particular game. This will be done at Our discretion and you will be notified via email in advance of this happening.
Please allow for Royal Mail delivery times. All games will be posted to you by first class mail and should reach you within 1-2 working days. However, any delivery times or delivery dates stated on Our website are estimates only. We do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time or at all.
Details of the rental service Games will be posted to you from Monday to Friday. You will receive an email when we have sent out a game to you. Likewise, a confirmation email will be sent to you once a game has been received by you. You can view your currently rented games by accessing your Playlist and viewing the “Current Rentals” area.
All games may not be sold or rented out by you. All games are the property of Gamesmonster. Copying Games is illegal and any suspicion that you have done so will result in termination of your account and legal action being taken against you.
Games may only be returned in the provided prepaid envelope. If you have misplaced the envelope please contact Us immediately and We will send a replacement envelope.
If you have not received an expected game, We will, after investigation with Royal Mail, send you a replacement of the expected game. If a replacement is not available, the next available game in your Playlist will be sent.
We reserve the right to terminate any account should We suspect a User is falsely reporting games not being received. We will take legal action against that User should this be the case and submit their details to Early Warning.
Handling Our games You will treat Our games with care. At Our discretion, We reserve the right to charge Users the Recommended Retail Price for any game that is returned in a damaged or unusable state (normal wear and tear excepted)
Subscription Billing Gamesmonster membership is based on a monthly subscription. We will automatically charge you each month on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your subscription until you cancel your subscription. If a subscription payment is scheduled for a day that does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 30th of February), the payment will be made on the 1st day of the following month. Thereafter, the payment will occur on the 1st of each month.
Gamesmonster reserves the right to change and/or add any charges and fees. You will be notified well in advance via email before this happens to give you time to cancel your subscription should you choose to do so.
Availability of Games Gamesmonster cannot guarantee that all games will be available at all times.
Purchasing Games via "Keep It" We allow Our Users to purchase the games they rent via a "Keep It" option. This "Keep It" option may not be available for all games. The "Keep It" prices include VAT, packaging and postage, and are subject to change at anytime. Once a User has successfully completed payment for a game, We will dispatch the case and instructions for that game using Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow for Royal Mail delivery times.
Gift Vouchers Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Each Voucher issued has no expiry date and can only be used once.
Cancelling Your Subscription There is no minimum contract with Gamesmonster membership, which means you may cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your account by going to the “Cancel Package” section in the "My Account" area of the website.
Please note that you must return all games currently rented to you by us before attempting to cancel your subscription.
When sending back games before cancelling your subscription, We require that you obtain a “Certificate of Postage” which is freely available at any Post Office counter of Royal Mail at the time of posting.
Games which are lost in transit during the Cancellation process will be deemed lost by the customer if no “Certificate of Postage” was obtained. In this case, We reserve the right to charge you the Recommended Retail Price for the lost games.
You will not receive a refund or credit for unused rentals or partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to terminate any subscription of any User at any time at Our sole discretion.
